Awesome quality! Lean, great tasting -round beef, super lean and tender stew meat. My 9-year-old is super picky about fat on meat, and he ate all of the stew meat on his plate and asked for more. I had 4 lbs, so the first two I used in a beef stew with carrots and potatoes. The other two lbs. I used to make Swiss Steak over rice. It was superb!!!

I stopped by to pick up some beef on my way back to Oklahoma this past week. I couldn’t be more satisfied with that decision. I cooked up some of the ground beef and it was so lean and delicious. There was hardly any grease to drain from it. It was up there with some of the best beef I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend going out of your way to try this beef. Im looking forward to being a regular customer.
